Today...

I can't say it often enough: Life is about CHOICE! With each and every positive choice we make we give ourselves honor and integrity. When we were abused...we had no choice, but each and every day since that time, we do. No one can make positive choices for us, but we can do it for ourselves. Start today with something small. Perhaps, walk away from confrontation with another. Or, say something positive and upbeat to someone who constantly "tests" us. The rewards are astounding. Live with Integrity. Sue
